Renewi is a multinational recycling company that purchased an internal communication tool called RenewiGO for targeted communication that reaches and involves employees who are working on remote landfill sites. Our consultants are the coordination hub and strategic interface between HR, IT and Comms within Renewi and several external parties. The primary objective of this interdisciplinary assignment is to establish RenewiGO in the Renewi communication ecosystem. This encompasses creating promotion and implementation strategies for several Renewi businesses across Europe, generating leadership buy-in and managing resistance as well as drafting engaging content and training sessions for users.
