To strengthen the interregional cooperation and communication between the individual institutions, we facilitated co-creation workshops and ended up developing a hub-based system and new organisation within NIPV, namely Knooppunt Coördinatie Regio’s – Rijk (KCR2). Continuing to support KCR2, we are co-creating the visual brand strategy and organise leadership-employee feedback exchanges with more than 100 people.
